Why should you use Trophy Room Hunts as your booking agency?

Using us as your hunting booking agent you have not only an advisor on your team to help you plan and book your hunting trips but also unlike most, we personally experience the same trip that we are suggesting to you. We are constantly researching what areas and outfitters are the best for the specific animals you want to hunt and we personally go and check them out. If they exceed our expectations, provide a quality hunt, as well as factors that many agencies do not consider such as hospitality, property knowledge, as well as the knowledge of the patterns of the animals to which they offer hunts, we then partner up with them and refer our clients to those locations. We know when, where, and with whom you should book your hunt with. We DO NOT do this just to provide numbers for outfitters and money in the account, we know that repeat business, and good customer relations is far more valuable in the long run than just a one-time sales pitch! As for prices, you will never pay more by using Trophy Room Hunts to book your hunt then you would by booking direct. In fact, sometimes our hunters get to take advantage of unadvertised discounts or cancellation hunts that are not advertised or promoted anywhere else! What is your Cancellation Policy?

TRH CANCELLATION POLICY

We have this to make this policy publicly known and clear so that all understand. If you make a deposit on a hunt and you have to cancel, you lose your deposit. However it is our policy that if you make deposit on a hunt and then have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement hunter at the regular cost we will the amount or apply the deposit to a future hunt, which is at our discretion depending on the hunt you have booked. Please note that some states have license restrictions that prevent this after license deadlines have past. 

Deposits are money paid to reserve your hunt dates. When you pay a deposit, you own those hunt dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. We are not holding these funds for you to decide what to do later or so that you can ask for them back. When you pay a deposit, it goes directly to your hunt and is non-refundable.

If you have any concern that you might get sick or have to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, then I definitely suggest for you to buy trip insurance. There are several insurance companies that offer policies specifically for hunting trips.
